Hi everybody,

i was working on a layout of a boost converter control
i finished it but now i am trying to calculate the parasitic capacitance of interconnects of power switches
after searching i found that i can do that with software like "fastercap" or "Maxwell"
but i don't now if it possible for MOSFET with large number of fingers

so is there any one now about this

For sure you can use FastCap, or even better FasterCap, for capacitance extraction of complex 3D structures.
