While we always welcome being contacted, I strongly suggest to post your problems on the Forum, if the question is suitable to be shared with other users.
We receive many contact requests and we are not always able to answer them all or in a short turnaround time. Posting on the forum gives you the chance either to have other users helping you, or to make other people benefit from your experience
