While we always welcome being contacted, I strongly suggest to post your problems on the Forum, if the question is suitable to be shared with other users.

We receive many contact requests and we are not always able to answer them all or in a short turnaround time. Posting on the forum gives you the chance either to have other users helping you, or to make other people benefit from your experience

Said that, I'm currently OOO, I'll check your email next week

I've checked the 'contact-us' email but unfortunately I could not find any email from you.

Could you kindly re-send the email, either using the form or directly to the email address specified in the 'Contact us' page?
