I am using the simulator to convert the solar battery into 5V output to the USB plug. The simulator calculated a very large, expensive and difficult to find 648uH inductor (ht*ps://w*w.easybom.com/c/inductors-coils-chokes).

I'm sorry but I'm afraid I don't fully get your question.

The FastCap/FasterCap/FastHenry solvers we distribute 'just' provide you lumped C, L, R values for your conductive structure. These values are coming from the solution of the Maxwell equations in the quasistatic regime. As such, they do not recommend, or not recommend, any value.

You are also posting under the capacitance solver forum, you might intend to post under FastHenry. In this case, please be more specific about your simulation and the relevant question - e.g. how to best simulate a specific structure, etc.

Best Regards,
Enrico
