Hi,
I am trying to extract capacitance of a differential track towards ground plane from FastCap.The capacitance of each differential track towards ground should be the same. However, Fastcap is not givig right results for extracted capacitances. I have used converthenry to convert fasthenry files to fast cap with following command.
converthenry -nRFtrace1.inp -lRFtrace1 -gRFtrace1 -c1.0 -e0-1 -d400 -f
I also tried to change discretization step to other values than 400 but results are still wrong and come different for different discretization steps. I get the follow results for 400 discretization step.
