This is a simple planar conductor with 2 vias, and a hole in one corner. Excitations are assigned from one via to another. FastHenry2 crashes when I attempt a simulation, and doesn't crash when I comment the + hole circle (8.50000,7.00000,-0.03470,0.90000) line.

Can I get some advice on how to proceed with this simulation?
