Hello, recently, I am learning to use PEEC to model spiral inductors, which requires the branch impedance matrix of the inductor. However, I am now wondering whether the impedance matrix calculated by fasthenry is the port impedance matrix or the branch impedance matrix. If I need the branch impedance matrix, how do I extract the data?Or how can I use the impedance matrix given by fasthenry to model PEEC? I'm just beginning to learn. I'm not very proficient in PEEC and fasthenry. I hope you can help me.

Idont understand
