Hi,

I am very new to FastField solver. I have a .msh file generated from gmsh, I want to input this .msh file to this solver to calculate capacitance and I see FasterCap accepts only .lst files. Can I know how do I input this .msh file into the FasterCap 2 solver.

Dear Pav,

FasterCap does not directly accept gmsh .msh files.
You need to convert them to FasterCap format before being able to use them. However, the FasterCap format is quite simple. Please read the reference documentation available in the embedded online help in FasterCap. Thrn you may want to use FreeCAD to ease the conversion from .msh to FasterCap and leverage the FreeCAD macro EM workbench to do it.

Best Regards,
Enrico
