Hi, i want to model the capacitance of two parallel plates embedded in medium with permittivity of 7. One plate is larger and the other one is smaller. The distance between them is 260nm.

0 parallel capacitor
Q 1 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0002 0.0 0.0 0.0002 0.0002 0.0 0.0 0.0002 0.0
Q 2 0.00005 0.00005 0.00000026 0.00015 0.00005 0.00000026 0.00015 0.00015 0.00000026 0.00005 0.00015 0.00000026

When I run FastCap, it shows that:
mksCapDump: Warning - capacitance matrix is not strictly diagonally dominant due to row 2
CAPACITANCE MATRIX, picofarads
1 2
1%GROUP1 1 6.379 -4.766
2%GROUP1 2 -4.766 3.19

Could you help me why the matrix is not symmetric?

Thanks a lot!
