Dear all,

I was trying to solve a problem I have with FastCap: what is the contribution of inter-turn capacitance in the self resonant frequency of an inductor?
Working on that question, I have noticed the most significant capacitance was the substrate, when using a ground plane on the other side of the inductor. But when you're using no ground plane, things are getting more complicated.
Do you have some advices for calculating these "parasitic" capacitances ?

Thanks in advance
