Happy Holiday season!

One short question, how to draw the complex patterns such as the pattern showing in the background in this webpage with FastCap ?

Thanks heaps in advance!

The pattern on the background was generated from a FastHenry model using ConvertHenry. The FastHenry model was in its turn generated by a script exporting a package geometry from Cadence.

In general, you can use the generator scripts shipped with FastCap2 ('Utilities' folder under FastCap installation directory) to help you create the geometries.

Some examples are given in the 'Samples' directory. For instance, to generate a connector shape, you can run the batch file 'connector2.bat'. This is described in the User's Guide as well.

Another option is to write a script yourself to generate the geometry you wish, or to convert it from any geometric input file.

Best Regards,
Enrico
