Hi. I have some problem with dielectric interface.
Please help me.

I'm tring to define 2 or 3 dielectric interfaces and 3 conductor surfaces .

It works well 2 dielectric interfaces and 3 conductor surfaces model.

(2 dielectric interfaces have same '.qui' file)
=========================================================
D dielectric.qui 6.5 2.78 0.0 0.0 0.00013 0.0 0.0 0.00012 -
D dielectric.qui 2.78 1.45 0.0 0.0 0.0000001 0.0 0.0 0.00000009 -
C a.qui 1.45 0.0 0.0 0.0 +
C b.qui 1.45 0.0 0.0 0.0 +
C big.qui 1.45 0.0 0.0 -0.00006
=========================================================

But 3 dielectric interfaces and 3 conductor surfaces model, like below
(3 dielectric interfaces have same '.qui' file)
=========================================================
D dielectric.qui 1.0 6.5 0.0 0.0 0.00093 0.0 0.0 0.00092 -
D dielectric.qui 6.5 2.78 0.0 0.0 0.00013 0.0 0.0 0.00012 -
D dielectric.qui 2.78 1.45 0.0 0.0 0.0000001 0.0 0.0 0.00000009 -
C a.qui 1.45 0.0 0.0 0.0 +
C b.qui 1.45 0.0 0.0 0.0 +
C big.qui 1.45 0.0 0.0 -0.00006
=========================================================

when I run fastcap
I got an error message and capacitance matrix.

"mksCapDump: Warning - capacitance matrix is not strictly diagonally dominant due to row 3"

1. What's the problem ?

2. I want to calculate mutual capacitance between conductor 'a' and 'b' in 3 dielectric interfaces and 3 conductor surfaces model.
Can I use off-diagonal matrix entries data?

Thanks for your help
