Can anyone help me to model something like a simple parallel plate capacitor with dielectric layer between plates?

The user manual is not very clear on how to specify dielectric layers. My project is here: ht p://w w.nippyzip.com/uploads/100413060756-98810.zip
The numbers I'm getting make no sense.

You can enter a dielectric layer, as a 2-D mesh between the plates, refer to generic file interface for "D" line. Permittivity in this layer (and outside) are specified, with the reference point. A small gap between the plates and dielectric, will ensure a plate and dielectric do not occupy the same identical plane.
