It seems to be that dimension unit is meter by default.
Can I define the dimension as mili meter unit?
The object is get fine accuracy.

Right: you cannot specify the units, but anyway the capacitance (in FastCap2 approximation) scales linearly. That is, if you have a sphere with a one meter radius, the capacitance is 111pF; if you have a sphere with a one millimeter radius, the capacitance is 111fF, etc.

Best Regards,
Enrico

Hi Akio,

I believe that the answer is not.
In opposition to FH files, FastCap files does not include in its syntax any declaration about unit. So, FastCap always assume that the coordinates values written in the files are given in meters.
