I'm tring to define an interface by using "B" as follows:
B c5_b.qui 1.0 4.0 0.0 0.0 0.001210 0.003500 0.003500 0.000860 -
then when I run fastcap, an error comes out as
"Thin cond panels on dielectric interfaces not supported"
What's the problem?

Exactly the one you get reported - the B element is not implemented in FastCap2, see also the User's Manual

Enrico
