Geometrically where exactly do the outer and inner permittivities lay. I am making two conductors a little above a big dielectric interface and want the air dielectric to be 1 and the dielectric interface to have a dielectric constant of 10.
Here is what I have:

C Small_Left_t.0002_.00005.qui 1.0 0.0 0.0 0
C Small_Right_t.0002_.00005.qui 1.0 0.0 0.0 0.0

D Big.qui 1 10 0.0 0.0 0 0.0 0.0 0

I thought that was correct according to my conditions, but after making changes to the dielectric constants I am not getting the changes that I should see.
