If I am using fast cap to understand a PCB can I ,can I make slots, like holes in the pcb, on fastcap?

You can, but you have to provide the 3D model yourself.
Be aware, moreover, that FastCap2 is a quasistatic solver; it cannot be used if you have to consider em wave propagation (unless in particular cases, like the 2D approximation for a TX line) or, said another way, if the wavelenght of the em radiation is shorter or comparable with the dimensions of your structure.
