Hi, my model is given as follows:

the bottom trace:

the upper trace consists of two separated pieces:

Both the square parts of the upper trace is exactly on top of those of the bottom trace(like parallel plate). I am trying to figure out the the plate capacitance with the parasitic capacitance with voltage applied on the left upper trace and ground on the right upper trace. How can I do that?

Please check the white paper "The Maxwell Capacitance Matrix" under the 'literature' section.

I think I have got the correct structure now and I obtain the capacitance matrix:
CAPACITANCE MATRIX, femtofarads
1 2 3
1%GROUP1 1 950.4 -264.1 -264.1
1%GROUP2 2 -264.1 405.6 -3.258
2%GROUP2 3 -264.1 -3.258 405.6

How do I obtain those capacitances from it?
